Coach Yalonda’s life coaching skill is unmatched. Her ability to ask the right questions to help you want to help yourself just came naturally. She is able to equally help you manage any area of life and help you build the skills for long lasting results. Coach Yalonda has been awesome. Her services have been effective in restoring the confidence and trust within my relationship. When I came to her, I was ready to walk out of the door without any consideration. She coached me through my pain and helped me to better understand my partner’s differences. She helped me to begin to see that differences do not have to lead to divorce. Yalonda provided techniques for me effectively communicate to my partner. She provided ways to effectively listen, which means listening to understand and not to respond. I love the fact that she listens, and also pushes you to think outside of the box. Working with Coach Adams has been experience of a lifetime. She focuses on the crux of the problem and helps you identify what is important to you at the core. All my relationships have grown as a result of my experience with her.

Simply stated Coach Yalonda is AMAZING !! I can not thank her enough for helping my partner and I get through what seemed to be the beginning of the end of our marriage.
